Rent the Gallery Au Roi
Atypical and bright, Au Roi is a former workshop measuring 255 m2 (2745 sqft) located in the 11th district of Paris. It has been completely renovated to host private or public events. Since its opening in early 2019, we have hosted and organized dozens of varied events: artists' exhibitions, showrooms for fashion-week, various photo shoots, fashion shows, press events, conferences, filming of TV shows or music videos ... and a wedding!
Our venue is designed to host the public: a large entrance to manage the flow of visitors, a cloakroom, a catering kitchen, a conference room, 3 toilets, air conditioning, ... and a shower! [Download the plan]
Au Roi is also classified as a category 5 ERP and meets fire safety and disabled access standards.
Au Roi is ultra-accessible: on the ground floor, a private parking area allows loading and unloading of equipment directly from vehicles.
A parking space offered free of charge with your rental. A second space is available for a reservation fee. In the summer, tables and chairs can be set up on a small private outdoor area to take advantage of the sunshine thanks to our east-west exposure!

Product launches and press events
Looking for a showcase for your brand, an atypical place to welcome the press or the general public? The 255m2 (2745 sqft) first floor of the gallery, its arches and its luminosity make it the ideal place to host your product launches and press presentations, during the day or in the evening until 2am. The entrance hall, the catering kitchen and its large entryway built for public receptions are among the many assets Au Roi offers for your event.
Corporate events
Need an atypical venue to host your employees for an event? The gallery can accommodate up to 200 people for a party with a DJ until 2am. Without basic rental option you can choose your caterer and your general services, however, the Au Roi team can also accompany you in your search for an additional fee.
Showrooms et pop-up stores
Are you looking for a place to rent for a few days or a few weeks for your showroom, during fashion week or at another time of the year? Located a few steps from the Marais and the Place de la République, Au Roi can be your ephemeral space to create your pop-up store, fashion show or other long term event.
Exhibitions
The raw and uncluttered architectural aspects of the gallery make it the perfect setting for your art, photography or design exhibitions, whether it be for a few days or a few weeks. The first floor access make it easy for visitor ingress and egress and make Au Roi the perfect place for your event.
Photo Shoots
Bathed in natural and equiped with artificial lighting systems, Au Roi is ready for all your fashion, furniture, e-shop or advertising shoots... the large windows provide the gallery with exceptional light, and its size makes it the ideal place to create a set-design at the height of your ambitions. Au Roi is equipped with 3 three-phase wall outlets.
Corporate Events and Conferences
In need of a large room to organize a one-day seminar or a series of conferences? The multiple spaces of the gallery offer you the possibility to organize multiple round tables simultaneously, and the long white walls allow for multiple video or slide projections. The team at Au Roi can assist you in renting any necessary equipment for your event.
Filming
A vast and unique space in Paris, in which you can organize filming of your advertising campaigns, video clips, short and feature films or documentaries. Au Roi can host you for one day or several weeks. The ground-level access facilitates the installation and unloading of sets, props, and the ingress and egress of film crews.
