What is Waall?
In 2023, the agency Togaether and Galerie Au Roi joined forces to launch Waall, a temporary and independent artistic program within Galerie Au Roi. Waall offers a space for expression and collaboration to artists from diverse backgrounds: painters, sculptors, photographers, video artists, musicians, and performers, whether emerging or already established in the art world.
The format of these events allows artists to be present and engage directly with visitors. The public can discover their works, dive into their universe, participate in workshops, and enjoy experiences in a vibrant and dynamic space.
Our goal is to foster encounters between artistic disciplines, build bridges between artists and the public, and connect the various players in the art world through an inclusive and open dialogue in the heart of Paris.
Waall 07, from June 5 to 8, 2025
For the 2025 edition of Waall, we launched a call for applications and received over 100 submissions from artists. We selected 4 winners who will take over Galerie Au Roi in early June 2025.

The mentor of this 2025 edition is the photographer-artist Fifou.
He began his career as a photographer in the French hip-hop scene. He worked on the visual identity of artists such as PNL, Youssoupha, Camille, 113, Soprano, and Booba. With over 500 album covers to his name, he has become a reference in urban music. In his spare time, this workaholic enjoys experimenting with other techniques. He has a particular fondness for black-and-white analog photography, especially the 6×6 format. His main drive is the pursuit of grain, imperfection, and above all, texture.
